Marriott Executive Apartments And Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre

Our place is located at No. 2 & 3B in Powai, right near the Chinmayanand Ashram. This area of Mumbai, the 400087 zone, is quite unique because of the hills and the lake nearby. We have two parts to the business here—the Marriott Executive Apartments and the Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre. It is a big property, and it takes a whole lot of people to keep it running every single day. We have folks working in the laundry, the kitchens, at the front gates, and up in the rooms. There is always something happening, whether it is a big meeting in the convention center or someone moving into an apartment for a long stay. Because we are near the ashram, it feels a little different than the rest of the busy city. We spend a lot of our time just managing the logistics of such a large space. It can be exhausting, honestly. There are miles of hallways to clean and a lot of lights to keep on. We don't really do much promotional talk; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us have been working here for years and we know every corner of the grounds. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just about making sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need. It’s a lot of coordinating and hard work, but we are used to it now.
