We’ve been at 107 in the Raji Complex for quite some time now. Chembur is a busy area, and Lokhande Marg always has something going on. As an engineering outfit, our day-to-day is mostly filled with technical drawings and sorting out various parts for projects. It’s not a fancy office by any means. Stacks of papers and some old machinery manuals are usually lying around the desks. Our team is small, consisting of just a few of us who have been doing this for years. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to chat or ask a quick question about a job. There isn't a big marketing department here, and we don't have anyone to make us look corporate. It’s just a private limited company trying to do decent work. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty when the wind blows in from the street, but nobody really minds. Focusing on the tasks at hand and keeping our customers satisfied is what matters, without making a big fuss about it. The stairs to the first floor can be a bit much in the heat, yet we show up every morning. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this complex, but our shop has managed to stay put. Consistency and knowing our trade is the key. Big words or complicated plans aren't our thing. We just take the orders as they come and get to work. We like it here in Chembur.
