Mark Consulting Engineers

Our place, Mark Consulting Engineers, is located in Shop No. 1 and 2 of the High Ray Apartment on LBS Marg in Kurla West. We’re right near the ICICI Bank, so it’s a landmark everyone knows around here. The office is basically two shops that we’ve joined together to make enough room for our gear. LBS Marg is a chaotic road most of the time, with all the cars and buses going by. We can hear the noise even when the doors are shut, but it’s just part of being in Kurla. We have a lot of technical drawings and equipment scattered around the place. It’s a working office, so it isn't always perfectly tidy. There’s usually someone coming in or out with some blueprints or tools. We don’t bother with fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a grounded sort of place. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while and know the local rhythms. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something quick from a nearby stall. We don't put on an act or try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to get the details right. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day, and we’re happy with the way things are set up here.
