Our office is on the first floor of Sun Beam Chambers, specifically Office 2. We’re located at 7 New Marine Lines, which is a busy part of the city with a lot of history. Being in South Mumbai, everything is a bit fast-paced, and there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We deal with medical supplies on a larger scale than a typical corner shop. The office is usually full of files, samples, and people on the phone trying to coordinate things. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of an older office block. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you come up to the first floor, it’s just us working. We handle a lot of logistics and distribution, so it’s more about the behind-the-scenes stuff than retail. It can get pretty hectic when a big shipment is coming in or going out. We don't spend time on flashy presentations. Most of our business is done through long-standing relationships with hospitals and other medical firms. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the supplies get to where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it’s important, and we just keep at it day after day.
