We are set up in Karwar, right in the Pednekarwada Baad area. Our spot is near Post Nandangadda, which is a quiet part of the Karnataka coast. The full name we go by is Marine Electronics A Division Of Marine Electricals India Pvt Lt, but mostly we just focus on the marine gear and wiring. This part of India is very green and the weather can be quite damp because of the ocean. Our office is more like a functional hub for the electrical side of things. We have a lot of heavy-duty components and manuals laying around. It is a bit out of the way compared to the big city offices, but it works for us. Working in Karwar means we are close to the water, which is necessary for the kind of stuff we handle. The building is simple and we do not have any fancy decorations. It is mostly just shelves and workspaces. We start early most days to beat the afternoon heat. There is a lot of checking and re-checking of parts. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get around, but we stay busy inside. It is honest work and we have been at it for a while now. People know us as the place to go when the electrical systems on their vessels need looking at. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
