You can find us at the Samikaran Building on Sant Janabai Road. We are at Plot No. 34-B, which is just off Hanuman Road in Vile Parle East. It’s a pretty decent neighborhood to work in. We are Maple Gourmet & Industries, and despite the long name, we’re actually a pretty down-to-earth group. We spend our time working on different food products and industrial things too. The building is usually quite active with people coming and going. We have a small office where we handle all the calls and the paperwork, but most of the real work happens in the back where the supplies are kept. It’s not some big glass tower. It’s just a regular building where we put in our hours. We like being in Vile Parle because it’s easy for the staff to get to. Sometimes we get together for snacks in the afternoon when we need a break from the computers or the inventory lists. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just try to get the orders filled and make sure the quality is what it should be. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. We’ve been here for a while and most of the shops nearby know who we are. It’s a practical way to run a business. No extra fluff, just daily work at Samikaran Building.
