Mantech Oilfield Services is based out of 10Shiv Sadan. It’s a place that feels more like a home than a big office, which suits us just fine. When you work in the oilfield business, you spend a lot of time away at sites, so having a steady base like this is important. We keep our tools and our schedules organized here. It can get a bit messy when we come back from a job with muddy boots or heavy gear, but we try to keep the main area decent. There are usually a couple of us sitting around the table planning out the next trip or fixing something that broke on the last one. We aren't the type to wear suits. Most of the time we are in work clothes because that is what the job requires. Being at 10Shiv Sadan means we are tucked away a little bit, but we like the quiet when we aren't out on the field. The work we do is tough and it takes a toll, but we have been at it for a while now. We know the routines and we know what needs to be done. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary fluff. We just handle the services people ask for and try to stay on top of the maintenance. It's what we do for a living.
