Manoram Hospital

Manoram Hospital is situated on S V Road, specifically near Tagore Park. If you know S V Road, you know how incredibly busy it stays at almost any hour of the day. The noise of cars and buses is just part of the background here. The hospital is right there in the mix. It is a multi-story building but it feels a bit cramped because we have so much going on inside. We have different floors for different things, like the outpatient area and the rooms where people stay. Tagore Park is right nearby, so it is a landmark people use to find us. The lobby is usually full of people sitting on the plastic chairs, waiting for their turn. We have a small elevator that is always in use. It is a bit slow, but it gets the job done. The staff is always running around between floors. It is a very active place. We don't have those fancy coffee shops inside like the big private hospitals in the city. There is just a small tea stall nearby where people go. We deal with all kinds of medical cases every day. Some days are harder than others, especially when the emergency room gets busy. We just keep moving and doing the work that needs to be done. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of hospital for the people in this part of town. We just try to keep things running as smoothly as we can manage.
