Our office is on the first floor at 18/20 Nagindas Master Road. This is in the Fort area, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. We are in Office Number 13. We are quite close to the Sai Krupa Hotel, so we often go there for a quick lunch or tea during the day. We handle shipping agency work. That means we spend a lot of time dealing with paperwork, customs forms, and tracking where cargo is located. It is not a very exciting job, but it is important to keep things moving. The building we are in is old and has a lot of character, with high ceilings and heavy doors. We have folders and files stacked up on almost every surface because there is so much documentation involved in shipping. We have been doing this for a long time and we know the area well. We are a small team and we just work quietly in our office. We do not do any advertising or marketing. People find us because they know where we are or they hear about us from others in the industry. The street outside is always loud with traffic and people shouting, but it is a bit calmer once you get up to the first floor. We just keep our heads down and make sure all the shipping schedules are being followed as they should be.
