Our factory is at Plot No. 77 in the Abc Government Industrial Estate. Charkop is a busy industrial hub in Kandivali West, and it feels like there is always construction or road work going on nearby. The building is a standard industrial plot. We have been here for a while now. Inside, it is all about production. We have different sections for different parts of the work. It is not a place for visitors to come and see fancy things; it is a place where work gets done. The walls are a bit dusty and the fans are always spinning to keep the air moving. We have a good group of workers who have been with us for years. They know the routine. We start early in the morning when it is still a bit cool. By the afternoon, the whole estate is humming with the sound of machines and trucks. We don't have a big corporate office with carpets and air conditioning everywhere. Our office is just a corner with some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We deal with suppliers and distributors mostly. It is a practical environment where we focus on our daily targets. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back gate during the monsoon, so we have to keep an eye on that. It is just a normal part of running a factory in this part of the city. We do our best.
