You can find us in Thane West at the Nalini Apartment on Batwadi Road. We are on the first floor in the Kishan Nagar No. 3 area, right in the heart of Wagle Estate. It is a very busy industrial and residential mix around here. The building is an older apartment block, so it has that lived-in feel. Getting up to the first floor is just a quick flight of stairs. Once you are inside, it doesn't feel like a typical sterile hospital. It’s a bit more cramped than the newer buildings, but we use every inch of space we have. The windows look out over the street, so there is a constant hum of Rickshaws and trucks from the Wagle Estate area. We have our wards and treatment rooms partitioned off with simple walls. The staff spends a lot of time navigating the narrow hallways with carts and files. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and the reception desk is right there. It is a bit of a hectic place because there are so many people living in Kishan Nagar. We are constantly updating the charts and talking to families in the corridor. It is a hardworking environment. We don't have any polished marketing signs or corporate branding on the walls. It is just a functional hospital where we deal with whatever comes through the door. It’s been a staple of this part of Thane for quite some time.
