Malpani Banquets

Borivali West is a big area, but we are tucked away at Shiv Dham CHS, specifically Flat No 1. It’s a bit of a unique spot for Malpani Banquets because we are right opposite Malpani Ground. Usually, on weekends, you can hear kids playing or events happening across the street. We spend a lot of time inside the colony, making sure the space is ready for whoever is coming by. The MHB Colony vibe is very local and residential. It’s not like those big corporate venues downtown. We’re just a part of the neighborhood here. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on the main road, but inside it’s alright. We handle everything ourselves, from the keys to the cleaning. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the flat and the entrance. Most of the people around here know us by now. We don't really use big flashy signs. The address 400092 is home for us. We just keep things moving, one day at a time. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them, or the weather gets too humid, which is just Mumbai for you. We don’t have a big staff, so it’s mostly just us doing the heavy lifting. It’s a decent place to be, and we’ve been here long enough that the routines are second nature. Just a regular local business trying to keep things tidy for the neighbors. It is just a plain, functional space where we spend our days.
