Krezy Doll

We are located at B-2 in Natraj Market, right on S. V. Road in Malad West. If you’ve ever been to Natraj Market, you know how busy it gets, especially in the evenings and on weekends. It’s a small space, but we pack a lot into it. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we’ve seen the market change over the years. Our shop is usually filled with dolls and toys, which makes it a bit of a tight squeeze for more than a few people at a time. We spend a lot of our day unpacking new stock and trying to find shelf space for everything. It’s a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is. The fans are always humming to keep the heat down. We don't have a fancy corporate office or anything like that; we’re just a shop in a busy market. Most of our customers are locals from Malad or people who come to the market for their regular shopping. We talk to a lot of people every day. It’s noisy outside with all the traffic on S. V. Road and the shoppers calling out, but we like the energy. We don't do much advertising. People just see our sign while they are walking through the market and pop in to see what we have. It’s just a simple retail life for us.
