Concept Mart

We set up Concept Mart in Malad West, specifically at No. E-105 in the Bhoomi Classic building on Link Road. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. Our shop is just a regular place where we sell different kinds of household items and daily stuff people need. We are not a huge supermarket chain, just a local spot for the residents. The shelves are packed pretty tight because we try to fit in as much variety as possible. Sometimes it is hard to find things, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. We spend our mornings checking the stock and seeing what needs to be ordered for the next week. The Link Road area gets really crowded in the evenings, so that is when we are the busiest. We have been here at Bhoomi Classic for a while now. Most of our customers are people who live in the apartments nearby. They just pop in for a few things on their way home from work. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big marketing budget. It is just about keeping the doors open and making sure we have what people are looking for. It gets hot in the summer, even with the fans going, but we are used to it. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful when someone asks where the soap or the snacks are. It is a simple life running a shop here.
