Our shop is down on the ground floor of the Evershine Mall. It’s unit No.45, right there on the Chincholi Bunder Link Road in Malad West. Being in a mall is a bit different for a surgical and scientific company, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We have all kinds of medical supplies and scientific instruments on the shelves. It’s a mix of stuff for doctors and things for students or hobbyists who need specific tools. The mall can get pretty crowded on the weekends with shoppers, but our shop stays focused on the professional side of things. We have glass cabinets filled with stainless steel tools and various diagnostic equipment. It’s a clean, bright space because that’s what you need when you’re dealing with medical items. People often come in looking for something very specific, and we spend time digging through our inventory to find it. We’ve been in Malad West for a while now, and we know many of the local clinics and labs. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and the Link Road is always packed with cars and rickshaws. Inside the mall, though, it’s a bit more peaceful. We just go about our business, helping customers with their orders and making sure the stock is updated. It’s a straightforward operation on the ground floor, and we are usually around if you need to pick up supplies.
