Sarvoday Engineering Works

We’re located over in Malad East, in the Shivdham Complex right on Gen. A. K. Vaidya Marg. It’s a bit of a busy area with all the traffic heading towards the highway. Our unit is 4/14 in the Madhuban section. This is an engineering shop, so it’s usually loud with the sound of machines and metal. We do a lot of custom work, fixing parts or making new ones based on what people bring in. The floor is usually a bit oily and there’s metal shavings everywhere, but that’s just a sign that we’re actually working. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our customers are other businesses in the area who know we can get things fixed. It’s a small team of guys who know how to handle the lathes and the drills. We’ve been in this complex for a long time, so we know all the other workshop owners around here. Sometimes we help each other out with tools or advice when a tricky job comes in. It’s not a clean job, you go home with grease under your fingernails every day. But there’s a certain satisfaction in taking a broken piece of machinery and making it run again. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to keep our machines in good shape. It’s what we do, day in and day out. No shortcuts here and we just keep it honest.
