Abhushan Jewellery

Abhushan Jewellery is a small shop located in Room No. 5 of Buburow Wagde Chawl in Malad East. We’ve been operating from this room for quite a while now. It’s not a large space, but we have everything we need to work on jewelry. Being in Malad East, especially in a chawl, means we are very much a part of the local life here. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long while we work at our benches. We don't have a big window display or any neon signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about Room No. 5. We spend our days fixing broken chains or putting together new pieces. It’s a lot of sitting and using small tools. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We are just regular people making jewelry. Sometimes the workspace gets a bit crowded with materials and tools, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We try to be honest with our work and just get things done when we say we will. There’s a lot of satisfaction in finishing a piece and seeing it ready to go. If you’re ever in Buburow Wagde Chawl, you’ll likely see us working away.
