We operate out of A/506 on L B S Marg in Ghatkopar West. This is our main office area. Makwell Plastisizers has been around for quite some time now, dealing with chemical additives and plastisizers. The office isn't very big, just a few desks and a lot of files. Since we are on L B S Marg, it’s easy for people to find us, though the traffic out front is usually a mess. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or handling paperwork for orders. It’s a lot of technical talk about batches and specifications. We aren't really the kind of place that gets walk-in customers looking for a single item. Most of our work is with other companies who need these materials for their manufacturing. We’ve got a small team here in Ghatkopar. We keep things pretty low-key. There aren't any big logos or flashy displays in the office. It’s just a place where we get the administrative work done. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in paper, but that’s just how the business goes. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s central for us and easy for the staff to reach. Dealing with plastisizers is a specific niche, and we’ve just stuck with it over the years. It’s not exciting work for everyone, but it keeps us busy and the business running. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the records are right for our clients.
