Maimoon Fashion Accessories is situated in Maimoon House. We are right opposite the Johnson & Johnson building in Mohili Village. This is in the Safed Pul area along the Andheri Kurla Road. It is one of the busiest and loudest parts of Andheri. There is always construction going on or some heavy vehicle passing by. Our building is listed as CTS-654. It is an older structure, and we’ve been here for quite some time. We don't sell finished garments; we sell the bits and pieces that go onto them. We have thousands of buttons, buckles, and ribbons stored in boxes that reach up to the ceiling. It is a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. The air inside smells a bit like plastic and cardboard. We don't have a fancy showroom. Customers come in with their fabric samples and we help them find the right match. It is a lot of counting and sorting. Our staff knows exactly which box holds what, even if it looks like a mess to an outsider. We work long hours, especially during the wedding season when everyone is making new clothes. We don't have a mission statement or a polished brand image. We are just a supply business in a very industrial part of town. We get our tea from the same guy every morning and we just get on with the day's work. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
