We’ve been over here at Mahindra Towers for quite a while now. Worli is a busy spot, especially around P. K. Kurne Chowk, and being at Dr G.M Bhosale Marg keeps us right in the thick of things every day. Our time is mostly filled with managing engineering projects and making sure things get built the right way. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is a lot of running around and checking on various schedules. Mahindra Epc Services Pvt. Ltd. handles the technical side of these jobs, making sure the plans match what is actually happening on the ground. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we get the work done. You will often find us looking over blueprints or debating some specific part of a design. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace. The traffic outside the towers can be a bit much in the evenings, but that is just Mumbai life. We focus on EPC work, which means we are involved from the very start until a project is finished. It is not always easy and things often go sideways, but it keeps us busy. People come in and out, checking on progress or dropping off documents. We have a small team here who knows the ropes. We do not spend much time on fancy speeches. We just show up and do the work.
