Kohinoor Surgicals is located over at No. 215 in the Allied Industrial Estate. If you know where Pikale Hospital is in Mahim West, we’re just a short walk from there on Prof Ram Panjwani Marg. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite some time. It's an industrial area, so it's always got a lot of activity with trucks and people moving equipment around. Our space is basically where we keep all the surgical supplies and gear. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices; it's mostly just us working among the stacks of crates and boxes. We spend most of our time checking orders and making sure the right items go out to the clinics and hospitals nearby. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, which is a pain when we have heavy loads, but that's just how it goes here. We started this business because we saw how much the local medical community needed a reliable source for their tools. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big slogans. We just focus on having what people ask for. The neighborhood is pretty familiar to us now, and we've seen a lot of changes on Ram Panjwani Marg over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the supplies are ready when someone calls. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No drama, just getting surgical goods delivered to everyone who needs them.
