Mahendra Camtech

Mahendra Camtech is based at Fort Smruti Society on Refainary Road Gorwa 197. We’ve been working with cameras and related tech for quite a while now. It’s a bit of a niche business, but there are always people around Gorwa looking to get their equipment looked at or searching for a specific part. Our shop in Fort Smruti Society is where we do all the technical work. It’s often quiet, except for the sound of someone testing a lens or the hum of a computer. We deal with everything from old cameras that people found in their attics to the newer digital gear that everyone uses now. Refainary Road can get busy, but once you’re inside the shop, it’s all about the details. We don't have any polished corporate mission or anything like that. We’re just here to fix things and help people understand their gear a bit better. Sometimes we spend hours trying to figure out a stubborn electronics issue, but that’s part of the job. Most of our customers are locals or people who have heard about us from a friend. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the workbench. It’s a steady life here at number 197, and we’ve built up a good amount of knowledge over the years by just doing the work day in and day out. We usually have some tea around four o'clock and then get back to the lenses and circuits.
