Our place is located at Plot 125 in the Gundecha Industrial Complex. It’s right off Akurli Road in Kandivali East, which gets pretty crowded during the shift changes. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a long time now. The complex is a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around, but we've been here long enough that everyone knows where Maharashtra Organo Metallic Catalyst Pvt. Ltd. is situated. It’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks and keeping the equipment running right. We don’t have a big reception area or anything flashy like the newer offices in the city. It’s an industrial space meant for working, with lots of metal and tools around. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the supplies arrived on time at Patankar Wasi. We’ve got a small crew that has been with us for years. We aren't really about those big corporate meetings; we prefer just talking things through over a tea break near the loading dock. It’s a practical environment. The floors are a bit worn and there's always something to be fixed, but that's just part of being in an industrial zone. We handle our business and go home. People around here know we’re reliable even if we don't say much. It’s just a regular workday for us in Kandivali, keeping things steady and making sure the gates are locked at night. We just do our bit.
