Madhav Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is based in office B-403 at Western Edge-2. We are inside the CCI Compound, which is right off the Western Express Highway in Borivali East. Being so close to the highway is a bit of a double-edged sword because it is easy to find but the noise is constant. Our office is a decent size and we have a good view of the traffic moving towards the city. We do a lot of engineering consulting and project work from here. It is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of large-scale prints of drawings rolled up in the corners. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a tight-knit group that has worked together on many different sites and projects over the years. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We drink a lot of tea and there is always some discussion going on about a design or a site issue. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or corporate retreats. We just try to get the engineering right and keep our clients happy so they come back to us. Borivali is a good place to be, even if the building is a bit of a maze sometimes. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families. It is a normal, busy office and we like it that way. That is our daily life.
