N. H. Collection

N. H. Collection is located in the K K Art Compound at Gala No. 11 B/2. The address is 215/E Maulana Azad Road in Madanpura. Being in a compound like this means it’s a lot of industrial activity all day long. There’s always the sound of machines or people moving goods around. Our gala is one of many, and it’s mostly filled with our inventory and some work tables. The lighting isn't the best, so we use some extra lamps when we are looking at details. It gets pretty dusty because of the open environment, so we have to wipe down the surfaces every morning. Madanpura is a very old and crowded part of the city, and the roads can be very tight for trucks. We have a small corner with a stool where we take our breaks and have some tea. The walls are painted a simple white, but they have some scuffs from moving boxes around. We don't have a fancy entrance, just the sliding door of the gala. Most of the people around here are doing similar work, so there is a sense of being in a community of makers and sellers. It’s a hard-working atmosphere. We don't have an office staff in suits; we are usually in casual clothes, ready to handle whatever needs moving or sorting. It’s a gritty, real place that stays busy from morning until late evening.
