We operate out of the Moraya Industrial Estate on Svp Road. Our office is on the first floor of Ds Kapol Niwas, right in the middle of the MIDC area. It is a busy place with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. The stairs up to our floor are a bit steep, but we are used to them by now. Inside, it is mostly stacks of paperwork and the sound of phones ringing. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a bit of dust and noise, but that is just how it is here. We spend our time coordinating where things need to go and checking on drivers. It’s a lot of logistics work, which mostly means solving small problems before they get big. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that are overflowing with records from the last few years. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or work by the window light. The neighborhood is full of other businesses like ours, so there is a sense of everyone just doing their job. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we try to keep things organized. Usually, we are busy from morning until late evening. It is hard work, but we have been at this location for a while and know how the local traffic flows.
