M Studio

We've been at Manik Bhuvan for a while now. It's an old building in Bora Bazaar, and we like it here. People often miss the entrance because the street is busy. The studio isn't very large. It has enough room for our gear and a couple of chairs. Most days it is just us working on whatever project came in that morning. Sometimes it's quiet, other times we are rushing. We deal with people from the Fort area mostly. It gets dusty outside with all the traffic, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy. Just a door and some work inside. The light is okay in the afternoons. If you are looking for us, we are between the shops near the corner. It's a simple setup. We use old desks. Sometimes the fan makes a noise, but it works. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Lots of new faces. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a local spot. Nothing more to it. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The chai wallah downstairs knows our order by now. It’s just how things go here at M Studio. We keep the door open when it's not too hot. It helps with the air. We don't have a receptionist, so you just walk right in. We usually have the radio on low.
