M S Medical General Stores

M S Medical General Stores is located at Shop No 1 in the Gulisthan Building. We are on Grant Road, specifically near 9th Main Road, 1st Stage. You’ll find us directly opposite the Apsara Cinema. Being right across from a cinema means we get a lot of foot traffic, especially when a big movie is playing. It’s a typical neighborhood chemist shop. We stock the usual medicines, some bandages, soaps, and baby products. The shop is small and the shelves are packed all the way to the ceiling. I’ve been behind this counter for years, and I know most of our regulars by their first names. We don't do home delivery with fancy apps or anything; people just walk in with their prescriptions. Sometimes someone just wants a cold bottle of water or a chocolate bar. We keep it simple. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the shop faces the sun, but we have a good fan. The Gulisthan Building is an old one, very sturdy. We open early and stay open until late because you never know when someone might need something. It’s a busy corner of Grant Road, always something happening outside the door. If we don't have a specific medicine, I can usually get it by the next afternoon. We take pride in just being here every day for the neighborhood, even when the traffic outside gets really noisy.
