Our workshop is at 101 Anandilai Podar Marg. It’s a place where there’s always a bit of noise from the machines and the smell of oil and metal in the air. We’ve been doing engineering work here for quite a few years now. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. We have lathes and drills and various tools scattered around the workbenches. Each morning starts with checking the machines to make sure everything is running okay before we start. We take on all sorts of small jobs and some bigger ones too, depending on what people in the area need. Sometimes a local shop owner brings in a broken metal part, and we see if we can fix it or maybe make a new one from scratch. It’s satisfying to see something work again after you’ve spent hours on it. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains, but that's just part of a real engineering shop. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the invoices and the phone, but you won't find us sitting there very much. We’d rather be at the back working. The street outside is busy, but we mostly stay focused on what’s on the workbench. It’s honest work, and we like the challenge of figuring out how to build things correctly. We aren't a huge factory, just a reliable spot in the neighborhood for metalwork. It keeps us all very busy.
