Lush Hair And Beauty is located at 330/332 on JSS Road. We are right in the Thakurdwar-Kalbadevi area, which is one of those parts of Mumbai that never seems to sleep. The shop is directly opposite the Zaoba Ram Mandir, so we have a great view of the temple and all the festivals that happen there. It’s a very traditional neighborhood. Our shop is quite simple. We do hair and beauty work for the people who live in the old chawls and apartments nearby. JSS Road is always full of traffic, so there’s a constant hum of horns and engines. We have big mirrors and the usual salon chairs, nothing too fancy or expensive. People come in when they have a wedding to go to or if they just need a trim. We aren't a big chain, just a local business trying to make a living. Sometimes the shop gets very busy on Sundays, and we have to work fast to make sure nobody is waiting too long on the sidewalk. It’s a bit of a tight space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need. We like being part of this community. You see the same people walking to the Mandir every day, and eventually, they all stop in for something. It’s just how it works here in Kalbadevi.
