Lullas Medical General Stores

Our shop, Lullas Medical General Stores, is a small place located in Chembur. We are in the Vikas Commercial building, shop number 5 A. It’s very easy to find because we are right near the old Basant Cinema. The shop is filled with shelves from top to bottom, holding everything from cough syrups to bars of soap. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two or three people are inside at the same time. We’ve been serving this neighborhood for a long time and we see the same faces every week. People stop in for their regular prescriptions or just to pick up something they forgot at the market. It’s a typical medical store with a glass counter and lots of little drawers for the pills. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical shop where people come for their health needs. Chembur is a busy area, but our corner near the cinema feels like a community. We know which neighbors prefer a certain brand of tea or who needs a specific type of bandage. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we are restocking the shelves, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a big supermarket; we just want to be the local store where people can get what they need quickly. It’s a quiet life behind the counter, but we enjoy talking to everyone who stops by. We've been here through many changes in the city.
