We operate out of Santacruz East at number 8. It’s more of a workspace than a walk-in shop, but we’re here every day from morning until late. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with local workshops and factories who trust us. We talk to people on the phone all day, making sure deliveries are on time and the specs are right. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with a notepad and a pen. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our computers or checking inventory in the back. It’s just a solid, local business trying to keep things moving for our clients. We’ve been in Santacruz for years and we know the area well.
