Being up high means we have a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at screens and lab reports. We work with chemicals and materials that go into a lot of different products like paints or plastics. It's more of a technical office environment than a factory. It is not the most organized looking place sometimes, but we know where everything is. The 7th floor handles more of the administrative side while the 6th floor is where the technical teams sit. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on getting the formulas right for the customers who need them. Sometimes a project takes much longer than we thought it would. We deal with suppliers and logistics every day. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of people talking at once. We just keep plugging away at the daily tasks and trying to stay on top of the orders that come through from all over the country.
