Shevie Exports

Shevie Exports is based out of Phoenix House in Lower Parel. We are at No. 302-A, which is at 462 Senapati Bapat Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know how crazy the traffic is on this road. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices and people running around. We do export work, so there's always a lot of phone calls and papers sitting on the desks. It’s not a very big office, but it’s enough for us to manage things. We spend a lot of time looking out at the traffic below while we wait for deliveries or emails to come through. Lower Parel has changed a lot over the years, but Phoenix House has been around for a while. We aren't those fancy corporate types with suits and expensive watches. We mostly just wear what’s comfortable and get the work done. The coffee from the machine downstairs is okay, but we usually bring our own from home. Sometimes things get stressful with shipping deadlines, but that’s just the way it goes in the export business. We have files stacked up in the corners and the printer always seems to be running out of ink at the wrong time. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We’ve been at this address for several years and we know the security guards by name. That’s our life at Shevie Exports in Phoenix House.
