Loop Mobile (India) Limited

Down in Mahim at number 127, that’s where we are. Loop Mobile has been a name people recognize for a while, but here on the ground, it’s just me and the desk. I handle a lot of people coming in to pay their monthly bills or complaining that their internet speed is slow today. It’s a lot of paperwork and typing into the computer. The shop is pretty basic. A few posters on the walls that are probably a bit outdated, and some chairs for people to wait in when we get a rush. Mahim is a busy area, so there’s always someone walking in with a question about their roaming charges or wanting to switch their plan. I try to explain things simply, but sometimes the systems are slow and we both just have to sit there and wait for the screen to load. It’s not a high-glamour job. I spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office trying to fix technical errors for customers. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. It’s just a place to get your mobile stuff sorted out. I’ve worked here long enough to know the regular faces and what they usually need. We just do the daily grind, helping people stay connected and making sure the bills are paid on time. It’s a straightforward business, and we keep it that way for everyone.
