Lion Kartar Singh Hospital

Lion Kartar Singh Hospital is right there at No. 6-B Dadabhai Road, near Navrang Cinema in Andheri West. We’ve been around this part of town for quite some time now. People usually find us easily because of the cinema being such a big landmark nearby. The hospital isn’t some giant glass tower; it’s just a practical building where we get the work done. We handle all kinds of patients who come in from the local streets. The morning shift is always the busiest when people are trying to see the doctor before heading to work. Our nurses are usually running around checking charts and making sure everyone is comfortable. We have beds for people who need to stay over, and they aren't fancy, but we keep them clean. The waiting area is just a bunch of chairs where families sit and wait for news. Sometimes the traffic on Dadabhai Road makes it hard for the ambulances to get in, which is a bit of a headache. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know the local shopkeepers and the regulars who come in for their blood pressure checks. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working here every day to help the people who walk through the door. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the city sounds, but that’s just life in Andheri West for you.
