Lime Chemicals Ltd is located on the 2nd Floor of Prem Industrial Estate. Our specific spot is on Sant Savata Cross Road No. 1. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Trucks coming in, people loading things, and the general sounds of a busy district. Being on the second floor helps us stay a little bit away from the street level dust, but you still feel the energy of the place. The office itself is pretty functional. We have rows of filing cabinets and old desks that have seen better days. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it’s where we’ve done our business for years. The stairs can be a bit of a workout since we are on the second floor. We know most of the other folks in the building. It’s a tight-knit community of businesses here in the estate. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just chips in and does what needs doing.
