Lilavati Hospital Research Centre

Started working here at Artist Village a while back. It’s a busy spot in Navi Mumbai, especially around Sector 08. Most days are just a blur of paperwork and people coming through the doors for different checkups. We spend a lot of time in the research labs too. It’s not fancy, just rooms with equipment and files everywhere. Sometimes the lift acts up or the air conditioning feels too cold, but we keep things moving. There’s always someone waiting in the lobby. We handle a lot of cases every day and it gets loud with the traffic outside on the main road. The staff is usually rushing from one floor to another. I’ve lived in Belapur for years and this place is just part of the local scenery now. People know us for being near the artists' colony. It’s a lot of hard work and staying late. Coffee helps. We don’t really have time for big speeches or polished brochures. There are always charts to update and things to clean. It’s just how a hospital runs when you’re in the middle of a city like this. You see all sorts of people walking in. Some are worried, others are just here for a quick test. We do what needs to be done. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the renovations, but we manage. That’s pretty much the daily routine here for everyone at the building.
