Licorne Lifestyle Private Limited

The office for Licorne Lifestyle Private Limited is located in the Chinar Building on R A Kidwai Road. We’re on the first floor, in a space that used to be part of a bigger plot, 336/506 A. Wadala is an interesting place to work; it’s got a mix of the old Mumbai and some newer stuff popping up. Our building isn't the newest on the block, but it gets the job done for us. We spend our days here surrounded by samples and boxes. It’s not a polished showroom or anything. Mostly, it’s just us trying to figure out the next steps for the business. Being on Floor 1 is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator when we're in a hurry. The street outside, R A Kidwai Road, is usually pretty noisy with trucks and cars, but you get used to it after a week or two. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the clutter down, though it’s hard when you’re dealing with lifestyle products. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the inventory. It feels like a real job, not some corporate dream. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of new stock.
