Liberty Oil Mills Ltd

This office is tucked away in Parel, on Gokhale Society Lane. We are in Vijit Niwas, specifically unit 2/16. It is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. Parel has changed a lot over the years with all the new tall buildings, but our little corner still feels like the old Mumbai. The lane is narrow and can get crowded during lunch hours. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. There are stacks of ledgers and a few old computers that still do the job. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind of the oil mills. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. The office has that specific smell of old paper and maybe a bit of humidity. We have a small team here. We all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the lane a bit difficult to navigate, but we always manage to open up on time. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. We'd rather just keep the operations running smoothly. It is a humble place, and we like the fact that it’s right in the heart of the city where everything happens. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s been our home for many years and we plan to stay.
