You’ll find Pooja Surgicals at 54 Mehta Industrial Estate, on Road No. 3 in Malad West, right near the Liberty Garden area. A good way to find us is to look for the Ashray Hotel; we are quite close to that landmark. Working out of an industrial estate means things are always a bit gritty and fast-paced. We have a lot of stock coming in and out, so there’s always someone moving a trolley or loading a van. The office space inside is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. It’s a real working environment, not some polished corporate suite. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we know most of the other people in the estate. The humidity in Malad can be tough during the monsoon, and the roads around Liberty Garden get a bit flooded, but we just deal with it. It’s part of being here. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy promotion. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are and what we do. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of everything. It’s a lot of small details to manage. We aren’t a huge company, just a small group of people trying to keep things organized and making sure our orders are handled correctly each day we come in.
