We’ve been based in the Basant Building for a good while now, specifically in flat number 1 on the fourth floor. Cuffe Parade is a busy part of town, but our office stays relatively quiet once you get inside. It’s mostly just us working through various learning programs and helping people figure out new ways to handle their training needs. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller team, which means we usually know exactly what’s happening with every project on the desk. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. The building itself has its quirks, like the lift that sometimes has a mind of its own, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days looking at how to make educational services work better for the folks who come to us. It isn't always exciting work, but it’s what we do. We have some decent views from the windows, which helps when things get a bit stressful. Mostly, we just focus on getting the work done right without making a big fuss about it. If you ever stop by, you'll probably find us at our desks or chatting over a cup of tea near the window. It’s a practical space for practical work. We like being in this part of the city and being part of the local mix of businesses.
