Laser Spceality Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Raj Industrial Complex, specifically unit C-36. We are located in Marol, Andheri East, which is a very practical spot for us. The industrial estate is always busy, and there’s always someone moving something around. Our unit isn't very large, but we make good use of the space we have. We focus on specialty chemicals, which means we spend a lot of time looking at formulations and checking results. It’s not glamorous work, and there’s a lot of cleaning up to do at the end of every day. We don’t have a big corporate office with a view; we have a workspace that smells like a laboratory. The staff here are mostly local people who know the trade well. You won't find mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just want to make sure the chemicals we produce are exactly what our customers asked for. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, especially if there’s a tight deadline. Marol is a good area to be in because it’s close to everything, although the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We’ve been here for years and have a good relationship with the other units in the complex. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who actually understand the science behind it. Being something we are not isn't our style, and we just keep the production moving.
