Larsen Toubro

We’re based out of A 301 in The Residency, over in the Mumbai area. This is where the Larsen Toubro team for this part of the city hangs out and works. It’s basically a residential apartment that we use for our daily operations and meetings. Living and working in Mumbai means everything moves pretty fast all the time. The building itself is usually buzzing with activity from the other residents and visitors. We’ve got a decent view of the surrounding buildings and the street below from our main window. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have files stacked up and coffee mugs sitting on the desks. It’s nothing like those giant glass skyscrapers you see on TV. We’re just regular folks trying to stay on top of our various assignments. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever to arrive, so we end up taking the stairs to save time. It keeps us moving at least. We deal with a lot of coordination and planning from this office. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through emails. We don’t really have a big lobby or a receptionist at the front. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it up. We like being in the 400063 zip code. It’s central enough for the things we need to do. The work is constant, but we try to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the office. We aren't big on formalities here. We just want to get the job done right.
