Larsen Toubro Ltd

We are based in Sector 4 of Nerul, specifically in the Sunrise CHS building. Our office is H-61/2-3, which is a bit of a maze to find if you haven't been here before. Being in Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city because things feel slightly more spread out. Larsen Toubro Ltd has been using this society space for quite some time now. The building is one of those typical housing complexes where you see clothes drying on balconies and kids playing in the common areas. Our office fits right into that. It is just a couple of rooms where we have set up our workstations. The walls are a plain off-white and we have some old metal cabinets for all our files. We don't have a fancy canteen, so most of us bring lunch from home or grab something from the shops near the station. The commute isn't too bad since the station is close, but the walk can be a bit sweaty in the afternoon sun. We know the security guards at the gate and they know us. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place to work. There is no corporate pressure to look a certain way. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the projects, and head out. It is a steady routine in a very local neighborhood.
