Our place is called Nad Bhrama Bunglow, and it’s right near the post office in Kopari, Thane. Being so close to the post office makes it easy for us to handle mail, which is a good thing since we still deal with a lot of physical documents here. It’s an interesting building for an office, more like a house than a typical commercial block, which gives it a bit of a different feel compared to the big offices in Mumbai. We’re in Maharashtra, 400603, and the local vibe here in Kopari is pretty relaxed. We do our engineering work and project management from the rooms inside the bungalow. It’s got a bit of character, maybe some old paint here and there, but it serves us well. Most of us have been working out of this spot for a while. We don't go in for fancy furniture; we just use what’s sturdy and works. When you come by, you’ll probably see a few bikes parked out front and hear the general noise of the street. It’s a real place where real work happens. We handle the local side of things for Larsen Toubro Ltd from here. It’s not a showroom, just a functional base of operations where we keep our tools and our records. We like being in this part of Thane because it feels like a proper community where everyone knows where the post office and the bungalow are.
