This office is tucked away in 5C, 204 of the New Mahada Colony in Malad East. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded these colonies can get, but it’s actually a decent place to work from. We’re part of Larsen Toubro Ltd, though this specific spot feels more like a local neighborhood base than a big corporate headquarters. Getting here usually involves navigating the typical Malad traffic, which is always a bit of a gamble in the mornings. The space inside is functional. We have our desks crammed in, and there’s always someone on the phone or typing away. It’s not the kind of place with a view, but we are too busy to look out the windows anyway. We keep things organized, or at least we try to, despite the limited space we have. It’s a very practical environment where everyone knows each other’s lunch habits. We don't have any fancy signage or grand entrances. You just come up, find our door, and you'll see us working. We handle the local logistics and coordination from here. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans do their job well enough for us. It feels like a real part of the community here in Malad. We just come in, do the work that’s required, and head home like everyone else in the colony. It isn't anything special to look at, but it is where we get things done.
