Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We are located in Chennai, specifically in the Rajakeelpakkam area. Our office is at No. 5 on Madampakkam Main Road, which is part of the Tambaram region. If you’ve ever been to this part of Chennai, you know how busy the main road can get. It’s a constant stream of bikes and cars. Our office for Larsen & Toubro Ltd is right there in the middle of it. It’s a simple place, nothing too fancy. We have our air conditioning unit because the Chennai heat is no joke, and we just focus on the work. There are a few of us here and we’ve become quite close over the years. We don't really do the corporate formality thing. We just talk like friends while we get through our tasks. Most of our day is spent dealing with local logistics and making sure everything is on track. We don't have any big mission statements on the wall. We just show up and do what we are supposed to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We like being in Rajakeelpakkam because it feels more like a real neighborhood than a cold business district. It’s just a normal office with normal people working hard to get things done every day. We keep it simple and honest.
