Larsen And Toubro Ltd

We are over in Ghansoli, specifically in Sector-9 at the Gharonda building. It’s Flat No. 104 on the G-24 side. If you’ve been around New Mumbai, you know Ghansoli is a busy area with a lot of residential and commercial stuff mixed together. This Larsen and Toubro office is where we handle a lot of the local administrative and technical coordination. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need to do. Most of us here spend our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We aren't really the type to have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a working office. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic in Mumbai, but we manage. We’ve been based in this apartment-style office for a bit. It feels a bit more like a home than a big corporate building, which is actually kind of nice. There is always a lot of coffee going around and people talking about site updates. We try to keep things moving along. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It is just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a normal neighborhood. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just focus on getting the day’s tasks finished.
