We’re based over in Malad East, Mumbai. Our office is actually split between apartments 404 and 405 in the Valentine Apartment 1 building. It’s a bit of an unusual setup for a big name, but it works for us. Being in a residential building means it’s a bit quieter than a main road office, although Malad is never truly quiet. We’ve got our desks and computers set up in there, and it’s where all the planning happens. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which is nice when the days get long. Mumbai is a fast place, so having this little corner to focus is important. We don't have any flashy signs outside. Most people wouldn't even know we’re here unless they were looking for us. We just keep to ourselves and get the work done. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning, and the parking is always a bit of a headache, but that’s just Mumbai life. We’ve got a small team here, and we’re all pretty close. We don't use a lot of corporate talk; we just say things as they are. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things organized. Every morning starts with a quick update and then we dive into the folders. It’s not glamorous, but it is how we stay on top of everything.
